I would like to admit that I have no problem with Hotel location, it is excellent if you want to be close to Central Park. I have no problem with staff. Very friendly and professional. They gave us room before 3 pm, immediately upon arrival. Hotel is clean. I have a problem with price $500 per night and designation of hotel with 5 stars. I have been in many European Countries 5 star hotels and in many New York 5 star Hotels. There is a difference. Queen room is very tiny and small for two people. Almost not possible to move in side. One person has to wait. And if you don't have a view it is extremely dark in the room with all light on.

Location cannot be beaten, as a Mum & Daughter travelling alone for the first time, I was concerned about how safe we would feel! The streets surrounding the hotel are clean, always busy (but not too busy) and in general feel very safe. The doormen are always there to greet you or to help with luggage/give advice or to arrange any transport. Extremely Impressed.

This hotel is fabulous. Live plants everywhere. Quiet. Clean. Pleasant. These are features make this a wonderful place to stay. I loved their gym which had great equipment. In the heart of Manhattan, one block from Central Park. Great location for everything you want to do in Manhattan.

The way the hotel is decorated, and cares about recycling, is amazing. There is an application one can use on the phone to order food, meditations and etc. The smell of shampoo, shower gel and cream is very good. A nespresso machine is in the room and they bring capsules every day.

The Hotel is in a very good location . It has a view of Central park along the side of the building and looking on to 6th Ave. Easy access to the subway making it easy to get around New York. Steps to central park.
